Studio and Classes

The studio is light airy and spacious. It is fully equipped with mats, blocks, belts,blankets, bolsters etc. There is a small changing area and washroom.

T-shirts and leggings/shorts which are comfortable and allow full movement should be worn. Yoga is practised in bare feet. It is recommended that you do not eat a large meal less than 3 hours before a class.

The classes are small and are suitable for all levels and abilities. Students are given individual attention according to their needs. Yoga is non competitive and more experienced students may hold postures for a longer period of time. Students work to their own ability and over a period of time will experience a gradual improvement in their yoga practice.

Classes are run morning and evening. Please contact us for times of classes.
