What We offer

Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga

I offer group prenatal classes weekly at Vasa Yoga in Redlands, CA.  I also offer pre and postnatal yoga sessions in the comfort of my private yoga studio. I have specialized training in working with women during pregnancy and the fourth trimester as well as specific training in Diastasis Recti repair work. 


Private or Group Yoga/Yin classes customized to you. Whether you want to focus on specific muscle groups, breakdown individual poses or learn to go upside down, I will create a custom session for you based on what your individual goals are.

Trauma Conscious Yoga

Private and Group classes taught thru a Trauma Conscious Lens. My goal is to create a safe and supported space for survivors to reconnect to their bodies and breath. Yoga and Pranayama can be transformative for trauma healing.
